Back from Moldova
OK I thought I'd better make it official: I did make it home from Moldova alive. It was a great experience to visit this part of the world, and I made a few new friends. You can read my report and view a photo gallery from the Festival online. You can also read the daily reports written by my translator Vitali Turlac online as well (with a photo of me reporting at the Festival!).
Vitali and his older brother Oleg are actually hoping to plant a church that would reach out to the younger generation in Chisinau, Moldova. For only $600US/month they could rent a facility and pay a full-time staff of 4 people! It's amazing how far our support could go in this poor Eastern European nation. I hope you'll check out their website and pray about supporting their ministry. If you'd like to send some money to invest in the emerging church in Moldova, please contact me, and I'll send you the Turlacs' donation information!
