Race Issues & the Emerging Church

My compadre Anthony Smith has posted some thoughts on the issue of race and the emerging church. His conclusion: "[The race issue] very much needs to be a part of the catechism of the Emergent conversation. Assuming of course Emergent wants to deal seriously with embodying a 'deep ecclesiology.'"

If you think the emerging church seems lily white, then pop over to Anthony's blog, check out his thoughts, and engage in the discussion in the comments.
