Rather Be Fishing
Brokaw had egg on his face (actually, a whole omelet) during the last election. But Dan Rather has kicked it up a notch with this whole Bush Guard memo fiasco. In fact, he’s still smearing the yolk through his lustrous hair like it’s Vidal Sassoon. Anyway, Jeff Jarvis wrote a great critique on RatherGate for the New York Post, in which he also gives a pretty balanced perspective on the role of blogs in the overall controversy. This is why I like Jarvis so much. He calls Rather a “fool” and “clueless,” among other things. Great stuff.
