Videochat: I'm Lovin' It
I have to sing the praises of iChat AV. Being able to videochat with people across the country (and the world—although I haven't tried international videochat yet myself) is pretty mind-blowing. It's so incredibly smooth! I have to give a shout out to my parents who bought me the upgrade to Mac OS 10.3 for my birthday last month. Word to my mother (and you too, dad!).
