We Met Up!
Well, it finally happened! The IndieAllies of the Charlotte metro area (see photo, right) met tonight at the Caribou on East Boulevard, and it was a great time of just getting to know each other and figuring out what's what (a.k.a. "fellowshipping").
I hope that this network can continue to grow, and that other "independent Christian thinkers" will "emerge" from the "postmodern" haze (ahem). Seriously, I look forward to future MeetUps and other non-MeetUp-related gatherings with these folks (and others too all are welcome!).
In fact, if you're in the Charlotte region, and you haven't joined the IndieAllies MeetUp group yet, go there now and register. And check it out there are IndieAllies MeetUps all over the country, so even if you aren't from Charlotte, you can connect with IndieAllies wherever you are! So do that. Yeah ...
