They've Got Video Games On Computers!

Homestar GameThe Brothers Chaps are at it again. First they brought us the inimitable Homestar Runner. Now they've spun off their "games" division, Videlectrix, into it's own radically awesome site.

The thing I love about the Videlectrix site (besides all the hilarious '80s throwback video game ideas) is the editorial genius. Take for example ...

  • The Welcome Message: "We're all the time working on the hottest new games and titles ... So, keep your eyes peeled for our upcoming 'Hottest New Games and Titles!!'"
  • Shploitz! game description: "Scoring big is the name of the game (not really, it's actually called Shploitz!) ... Shploitz! This game is nearly impossible. (not really!)"
  • Where's An Egg game description: "In this hard-boiled adventure game, you must help the Boise police force find a missing egg. ... Everyone's a suspect when 'Where's An Egg?' is the game that you are playing. And that's this game!!"

I'm currently addicted to Pigs On Head, and I can't wait for the release of Thy Dungeonman 2!

UPDATE (2/10): Some other fine online games that I've been enjoying lately are ...

  • Smack the Pingu! (the original version; my high score? 593)
  • Bubblewrap Fun
  • Yellow Snow
